We understand that product might not suit your needs therefore all our products that are not personalised or from outlet can be returned within 30 days for any reason.

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return any item, please contact customer services by email: shop@sensoryowl.co.uk who will inform you of the exact procedure depending on your circumstances.

To enable us to refund or exchange your purchase, items must be in the exact condition you received them in. Unsaleable returns will result in a credit of 60%. 

The refund will not include the cost of delivery or return postage.

For all returns, we strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office or the Courier until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

Processing time

Refunds usually take 1-5 business days to appear on your statement. 

Personalised & discounted items

Unfortunately, personalised items and products offered in the outlet section are excluded from the return policy and cannot be returned.
